This AC relates to Civil Aviation Rule Part 21 Certification of Products and Parts, Part 19 Miscellaneous Rules and Part 91 General Operating and Flight Rules. Specifically, the AC relates to rules 21.35, 21.39, 21.193, 19.405, 91.101 and 91.105.
Revision 3 updates the diagram for Figure 1 and changes the title to: Experimental flight test application process overview, updates a footnote in section 5.7.2.1(c)(2), and adds a link to the new CAA website page for flight test activity to the section Useful Links.
