Purpose

This AC describes an acceptable means of compliance with Part 43, General Maintenance Rules, by providing methods, techniques, and practices that are acceptable to the Director in the form of technical instructions which are acceptable technical data (ATD) under Part 21, Certification of Products and Parts, Appendix D(a)(6), Acceptable Technical Data.
