This Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance for applicants for air traffic services (ATS) personnel licences and ratings, in particular Flight Service Operator licences.
This AC relates specifically to Civil Aviation Rule Part 65 Air Traffic Service Personnel Licences and Ratings, Subpart E Flight Service Operators Licences.
Revision 3 adds a note on online applications, provides a link to an abbreviations and acronyms section in AC65-1 and adds some items on space weather to section 100.20 Hazardous Weather Conditions. It also standardises format and language to be consistent with current AC style and adds a Version History.
