The Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance with sections of Civil Aviation Rule Part 91, General Operating and Flight Rules, on aviation events, for organisers and others responsible for the safe conduct of an aviation event.
This AC relates specifically Part 91 General Operating and Flight Rules.
Revision 5 makes changes to align with redrafted rules under the Civil Aviation Act 2023 (CA Act 2023). Specific form numbers have been removed. It also makes stylistic and format changes to align with current AC style and adds further resources and a Version History.
