AC91-15 - Aerodrome Standards and Requirements: Aeroplanes at or below 5700 MCTOW - Non Air Transport Operations

Purpose

This Advisory Circular (AC) describes an acceptable means of compliance with standards for the operation of:

• aerodromes serving aeroplanes at or below 5700 kg MCTOW on non air transport operations; and
• aeroplanes at or below 5700 kg MCTOW on non air transport operations to facilitate compliance with the use of aerodrome requirements under Part 91.

This AC relates specifically to Part 139, in particular to rule 139.307 - Use of aerodromes – non-air transport aircraft other than helicopters and rule Part 91, in particular to rule 91.127 Use of aerodromes.
