We are committed to achieving our operational emissions reduction target of 42% by 2030.
Being Toitū carbonreduce certified means we are measuring, analysing and publicly reporting on our operational emissions data each year. We have set science-based emissions reduction targets according to ISO standards 14064-1:2018 and have a plan to get there.
Toitū Envirocare certification programmes help workplaces become more sustainable, provide science-based tools backed by evidence to show measurable progress, and credible reporting aligned to international best practice. This process includes having our data audited and verified by a third-party, to meet our annual Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP) obligations.
