Consultation - GD Exceptions for Temporary Medical Conditions

We're seeking feedback on the General Directions for Exceptions for Temporary Medical Conditions, which was last updated in 2019.

The main purpose of these General Directions is to provide Safe Haven additional exceptions in Schedule B for temporary medical conditions to the reporting requirements set out in section 27C of the 1990 Civil Aviation Act and under clause 25(1)(b) of Schedule 2 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 (the Act).

There has been an update to a number of conditions in this General Direction.
